Carol Enneking brings years of deep experience as a senior executive specializing in talent management, coaching, and leadership to her clients. Carol’s career has spanned major corporations, entrepreneurial ventures as a business owner, and collaborations with over 100 companies. Her passion is helping businesses leverage talent, learning, and culture to deliver excellent results through their people. Carol’s greatest joy is her family – her husband Eric, children Bradley, Bethany, her bonus daughter, Alyssa, and the world’s best dog, a Great Pyrenees named Molly. Favorite things (in no particular order): family, live music, chocolate, Great Pyrenees, 70s and 80s song lyrics, ice cream, traveling, trivia, faith, and history.
Carol’s life lessons learned on her elusive quest to have, do, and be it all inspired her to write a best-selling book, The Rebalancing Act: Wisdom from Working Women for Success that Matters. Through interviews with more than seventy men and women of all ages, along with her own Insights, Carol explores common traps that may be holding back working women from true fulfillment. She provides realistic strategies to help women restore much needed balance in their lives. Interspersing her insights from over three decades of navigating this delicate balancing act herself, people recognize themselves in these stories and discover practical action steps to rebalance their priorities.
Carol has served as a trusted advisor to companies on six continents in industries including energy, utilities, oil and gas, finance, technology, and healthcare. Recently, Carol served as Vice President of Talent Management, Learning, and Diversity for a $6B international building products company. Her unique experience working both from inside and outside organizations in operations, marketing, and HR provides a holistic background to effectively tackle complex business challenges. She helps companies transform culture, lead change, manage talent, develop leaders, align strategic goals and create a culture of belonging to enable growth.
